This will be a general maintenance of all services. During this time some services will be disrupted. We will do a service-by-service maintenance, meaning we will first complete one service's maintenance before starting the other to minimize disruption of our services.

We have updated the support environment.

During this maintenance we will be ensuring you are kept up-to-date with the latest security updates on our cloud platform. New 2FA options will be added for additional security.

Due to recent issues we've decided to review our backup server hardware and software. During this maintenance some services might not be reachable for a brief period of time. No major disruptions should occur.
Education services might have a degraded experience.
